About Truoba Class 125

This hip roof home offers a midcentury modern look and classic comfort, with a strong focus on practical family living. The central open great room connects the different areas of the house while preserving the privacy of the bedroom wing and utility spaces. The exterior features a blend of stone, stucco, and wood siding, creating a warm and stylish facade.

The central section of the home features a spacious great room that brings together the main living area, dining space, and kitchen, with easy access to the rear covered porch-perfect for indoor and outdoor living. The left wing is dedicated to the bedroom area and includes a luxurious master suite with a private bathroom and direct access to the rear porch. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible space that can be adapted as guest rooms, a home office, or hobby areas. The right wing offers a private office with views of the garden, along with a side-entry garage, discreetly hiding the cars from the front entry and preserving the homes clean, welcoming appearance.

  • Reversed Plan +$150
  • Plot Plan +$100 Some counties require a plot plan to obtain a building permit. The plot plan shows where the house will be located on the property so the builder knows where to pour foundations. Buyer must provide plot topography or boundary dimensions with stated setbacks.

Truoba's construction drawings must be reviewed by a local structural engineer because soil, snow, wind, and seismic load requirements vary by county. After review, Truoba updates the drawings for free and reissues the set, ready for your permit office.
